We understand that delays can sometimes happen. However, repeated late collections place a significant strain on staff and the smooth running of the club. To ensure fairness and to cover additional staffing costs, the following late fee policy applies:

Collection Time

• Children must be collected promptly at the agreed finishing time of the after-school club at 4:20pm at the front reception.
   

Late Fees
If a child is collected late, the following fees will apply:

• £0 - up to 10 minutes late

• £10 – up to 15 minutes late
   
• £20 – up to 20 minutes late
   
• £30 – up to 30 minutes late
   
• £40 – up to 40 minutes late
   
• £50 – up to 50 minutes late
   
• £60 – up to 60 minutes late
   

Over 60 minutes late – If a child is collected more than one hour after the end of the session, an additional fee may be charged, and the matter may be escalated to management.

Payment Terms

• Late fees will be added to your account and must be paid before your child attends the next session.
   
• Consistent late collection may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
   

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies may occur. If you know you are going to be late, please contact the club as soon as possible. At the discretion of management, fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances.
