Sport-Savvy Half Term Camps

The Daiglen School Summer Camps

Venue: Daiglen Preparatory School 68 Palmerston Road, Buckhurst Hill, IG9 5LG.

This Camp is open to all children aged 3-12 years.

Timings: Drop off: 8:30 AM

Pick up: 3:30 PM

What to bring: Packed Lunch (No nuts)

A morning snack and an afternoon snack (No nuts)

A water bottle (No fizzy drinks)

We are a no nut camp please do not put anyth

Sport Savvy Half Term Camps

Sport Savvy Half Term Camps are a great way for your child to keep busy during the holidays. With different venues and activities available our camps are catered for maximum enjoyment and holiday fun!

Camp Notes

Camp Activities include Football coaching & tournaments, Gymnastics, Multi Sports: Dodgeball games - Netball Coaching - Cricket games - Rounders - Tennis – Nerf Battles - Tag-Rugby - Multi-Skills - Bingo - Athletics - Assault course and quizzes.

Please provide pack lunch and a drink. Note, no nuts or fizzy drinks are allowed at camp

Late Collection Fee Policy

We understand that delays can sometimes happen. However, repeated late collections place a significant strain on staff and the smooth running of the camp. To ensure fairness and to cover additional staffing and facility costs, the following late fee policy applies:

Collection Time

Children must be collected promptly at the agreed finishing time of the Camp.

Late Fees
If a child is collected late, the following fees will apply:

£0 - up to 10 minutes late

£10 – up to 15 minutes late
£20 – up to 20 minutes late
£30 – up to 30 minutes late
£40 – up to 40 minutes late
£50 – up to 50 minutes late
£60 – up to 60 minutes late

Over 60 minutes late – If a child is collected more than one hour after the end of the session, an additional fee may be charged, and the matter may be escalated to management.

Payment Terms

Late fees will be added to your account and must be paid before your child attends the next session.
Consistent late collection may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies may occur. If you know you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. At the discretion of management, fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances.
